She was found severely wounded on the side of a major highway. She’d been hit by a car and her back leg was so mangled, even we couldn’t bear to look at the photos (don’t worry, we won’t be sharing them here). Luckily, she wasn’t alone. Her buddy Beefcake was by her side, and he’s the reason anyone spotted her at all. He stayed close and helped alert people to her whereabouts. Soon after Roti was taken in, she started struggling to breathe and lost all color in her gums. Her health was declining fast, and she was rushed to the hospital.
