Brock Purdy did not have the best of campaigns with the San Francisco 49ers this past season. After making all sorts of waves in his first year as the Niners’ QB1 in 2023, Purdy fell back down to earth in 2024. It wasn’t a horrendous season by any means for the former seventh-round pick, but his 65.9% completion rate, 3,864 passing yards and 20 touchdowns this past season paled in comparison to his incredible run in 2023 (69.4% completion rate, 4,280 passing yards and 31 TDs).

Despite his rather lackluster campaign, however, Purdy has had the unwavering support of his wife, Jenna Purdy. The couple celebrated their first wedding anniversary on Sunday, and Jenna Purdy did not let the special occasion pass without sending a heartfelt message to her better half.

Not to be outdone, the Niners quarterback also made sure he would express his undying love for his wife. Brock Purdy posted a couple of photos of Jenna Purdy, as well as a throwback wedding photo that contained a sweet message. “You and me forever. While he remains locked up with the team through 2025, the former Iowa State star is set to become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the upcoming season.

This is exactly why the Niners are trying to agree on an extension with their 25-year-old quarterback. At this point, though, the two sides have not been able to find common ground.
