Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are both superstars in their respective fields. But when it comes to global influence and mass fandom, Swift certainly has the edge over her NFL tight end boyfriend. When Swift and Kelce began their relationship in 2023, Swift’s influence quickly seeped into the NFL world. Now, fans of the international music icon are also fans of the Kansas City Chiefs’ pass catcher.
Swift’s influence was evident in this year’s NFL Pro-Bowl voting. Though Kelce didn’t live up to his typical production on the field in 2024, he still finished as the No. 1 vote getter in Pro-Bowl voting. “TK led ALL players in fan votes this year and was named a Pro Bowler for the 10th straight season,” the Chiefs wrote in an announcement on Friday. “Travis Kelce making the Pro Bowl is a true testament to Taylor Swift’s star power,” one fan wrote. “Travis was helped by pulling all the Swiftees votes,” another said. “Trav had the highest PRO BOWL fan vote! Look at ya’ll making this happen!” another added. If you’re mad, be better at voting. Idk what else to tell ya.

He ranks fifth among NFL tight ends in receiving yards, trailing Brock Bowers, Trey McBride, George Kittle and Jonnu Smith.
Kelce has been listed as doubtful for Sunday’s Week 18 matchup against the Denver Broncos as he and several other key Chiefs players rest before the postseason. Kansas City is already locked in with the AFC’s No. 1 overall seed after improving to 15-1 with a win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Christmas Day. The Chiefs will kickoff against the Broncos at 4:25 p.m. EST on Sunday.
