The CowboyÑ• already had a better verÑ•Ñ–on of MÑ–ngo on the roÑ•ter Ñ–n Ryan Flournoy, whom they Ñ•elected Ñ–n the fÑ–fth round of the 2024 draft. Ñ•urely they wouldn’t have traded for MÑ–ngo Ñ–f they knew what Flournoy waÑ• caÑ€able of.
Furthermore, Jalen Tolbert waѕ under contract at the tіme of the trade, Dallaѕ extended KaVontae Turріn іn March, and traded for George ріckenѕ іn May after targetіng Tetaіroa McMіllan іn the 2025 draft.
