The Green Bay Packers outlasted the New York Giants in New Jersey to come out 27-20 winners, making this the fifth time this year they have won with exactly 27 points scored.
Here are some quick takeaways from a win for the Heart Attack Pack:

Biggest play
Jameis Winston had been desperately trying to give the Packers the ball throughout this game and could have thrown four interceptions before the final drive, when he finally fired one right into the grateful hands of Evan Williams in the end zone to essentially seal Green Bay’s victory.
On a day when the Packers defense mostly could not make the one play they needed to at the time they needed to make it, Williams finally set things right.
Standout player
Amid the rollercoaster nature of this game, it was easy to overlook just how well Jordan Love was playing. His only true mistake was taking the unnecessary hit that forced him out of the game for a period, but he played almost a perfect game outside of that.

The stats are not eye popping, with Love going 13 for 24 passing with two touchdowns, but it can be argued eight of his incompletions were drops. Love put the ball right on the money all game and made huge plays when the Packers needed them.
Any talk of him holding Green Bay’s offense back is pure folly, and Love confirmed that emphatically today.
Reason for optimism
Christian Watson did let a potentially huge play go through his hands on 3rd and 2, but otherwise he was the most trustworthy target for Love on the day.
He only caught four passes for 46 yards, but several of them were crucial, including the two contested catches for touchdowns, one from backup Malik Willis.

The Packers need to start relying less on Romeo Doubs within the offense and make Watson more of the go-to guy. He is their most explosive and also their most reliable receiver when healthy.
Cause for concern
When Micah Parsons is getting double or even triple teamed, Green Bay’s other pass rushers have to be able to win their one on ones, and they did not do so regularly enough on Sunday.
Winston was too often comfortable in the pocket and able to attack downfield, and part of the reason the Packers could not get off the field on third and fourth down was the pass rush not getting home quickly enough,

Parsons showed what happens when he is left one on one, finally ending the game with a strip sack of Winston on the last play, but other players have to step up throughout the course of the game when he is getting all the attention.
Injuries
The Packers suffered a litany of injuries in this game. They were fortunate that Love was able to return to the game after hurting his shoulder, but Josh Jacobs left with a knee injury in the first half and did not return.
Elsewhere on offense, Romeo Doubs was being looked at on the sideline multiple times and Matthew Golden also left after drawing a long pass interference call near the end zone. Zach Tom also went out, but all three players eventually returned.

On defense, Quay Walker left with a stinger and key special teamer Arron Mosby was also out for a while, but returned to the game later on.
