Cooper (6-6, 326) is a rookie out of Oklahoma State who originally signed with the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent on May 5.

He began his collegiate career at Texas State (2020-22) before playing his final two seasons (2023-24) for the Cowboys.

Overall, Cooper played in 59 games with 55 starts, earning honorable mention All-Big 12 honors from the coaches in 2023, third-team All-Sun Belt recognition from the coaches in 2021 and a spot on the freshman All-America Team by The Athletic in 2020.

He will wear No. 78 for the Packers.

Tune (6-3, 220) is a third-year player out of the University of Houston who was originally selected by the Arizona Cardinals in the fifth round (No. 139 overall) of the 2023 NFL Draft.

He played in 13 games with one start in two seasons for the Cardinals, completing 14 of 23 passes (60.9 pct.) for 70 yards with two interceptions while also posting 26 rushing yards and a TD on 15 carries.

In college, he was a three-time team captain (2020-22) who played in 47 games with 44 starts and finished No. 2 in school history in career TD passes (104) and TDs responsible for (119) and No. 3 with 956 completions. Tune will wear No. 19 for the Packers.

Whyle (6-7, 248) is a third-year player out of the University of Cincinnati who was originally selected by the Tennessee Titans in the fifth round (No. 147 overall) of the 2023 NFL Draft. He played in 28 games with seven starts for the Titans in two seasons, recording 37 receptions for 342 yards (9.2 avg.) and two touchdowns.

Whyle also recorded four tackles on a special teams.

Last season, he posted career highs in receptions (28), receiving yards (248) and special teams tackles (four). In college, he was a three-time All-American Athletic Conference selection who set a school record for most career receiving TDs (15) by a tight end.

Whyle will wear No. 81 for the Packers.
