While it has felt like a pretty terrible offseason for the Dallas Cowboys fans, the famed Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders have been enjoying their summer before the season to the fullest. A few members of the team even managed to achieve a long-sought goal of appearing on Celebrity Family Feud.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Cowboys cheerleader Madeline Salter shared some of the scenes from her recent appearance on the show with her fellow cheerleaders. The Cowboys Cheerleading team were there to raise money for the National Medal of Honor Museum and clearly had a fun time with Steve Harvey and the rest of the crew.

“Survey Says… one of the best moments of my career!” she wrote.

“Still can’t believe I got to step onto the Celebrity Family Feud stage! From the lights to the laughs, it was pure magic. Shoutout to my amazing teammates who brought the energy, and to our incredible directors who kept us sharp and having fun every step of the way. Grateful for the memories and the chance to play for something bigger than ourselves.”

Madeline was applauded by fans and fellow cheerleaders alike for her appearance on the hit gameshow:

“You were a STAR!!! Loved doing this with you salty!! Love you so much!” Cowboys cheerleader McKenna replied.

“One of the best to wear the boots. Way to go Madeline!!!!!!” another fan wrote.

“I love Family Feud but I wished I watched this episode,” a third lamented.

“Big congratulations! Such fun!”

“SALTY! So proud of you girl! Keep doing all the things!”

“I’m watching Celebrity Family Feud with you, McKenna, and Camille tonight!”

Dallas will need the extra boost

The Cowboys cheerleaders will need to bring their A-game this season because people seem increasingly convinced that the football team’s A-game won’t be enough.

A chaotic and somewhat disappointing season has many fearing that the team will struggle to even be a viable contender in their own division, let alone a Super Bowl contender this season.

The Cowboys begin their new era under the leadership of Brian Schottenheimer in three weeks from tonight when they take on the Philadelphia Eagles.
