Erin Andrews Sends Six-Word Message to George Kittle After Postgame Interview Stuns Fans

The San Francisco 49ers went head-to-head with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday, and tight end George Kittle came up big when it mattered.

Kittle’s crucial fourth-quarter touchdown catch put the defending NFC champions in the lead. After the Bucs tied the game, Jake Moody’s 26-yard field goal as time expired gave the 49ers a 23-20 victory.

After the game, Kittle joined Fox Sports’ Erin Andrews for a postgame interview. Andrews asked what it felt like to have star running back Christian McCaffrey back in the lineup after he missed the first eight games of the 2024 NFL season with an injury.

Kittle’s response included a popular word in today’s lingo: “Aura.” The younger generation often uses this term to describe the unique energy someone gives off.

“He’s got an elite aura,” Kittle said.

On Tuesday morning, Andrews posted a few photos from their postgame interview on Instagram. To go with her post, she referenced Kittle’s comment about McCaffrey as her caption.

“Your aura is pretty great too,” Andrews said about Kittle.

Kittle finished the game with four targets, three receptions, 57 receiving yards and one touchdown.

He and the 49ers look to improve to 6-4 when they take on the Seattle Seahawks in Week 11. Sunday’s kickoff is scheduled for 4:05 p.m. ET on Fox.
