The Kansas City Chiefs latest odds of winning the Super Bowl this season, according to the ESPN BET sports book, are +750. In other words, if a bettor placed a $100 wager on the Chiefs to win their third Super Bowl in the last four seasons, and the Chiefs did, in fact, accomplish that feat, the lucky bettor walks away with $850 — the original $100 bet plus $750 profit.
Those odds mean that, at least according to the bookmakers, the Chiefs are the fourth-most likely team to win this year. As of Friday, the Baltimore Ravens and defending Super Bowl champs the Philadelphia Eagles are co-favorites at +650, with the Buffalo Bills — the team the Chiefs narrowly defeated in the AFC title game last season — next in line at +700.
Swift-Kelce Betrothal Safer Bet Than KC Super Bowl
But bettors looking for a safer place to put their cash would be better off laying money on Chiefs future Hall of Fame tight end Travis Kelce finally popping the question to his gal-pal of two years, global pop music megastar Taylor Swift. According to the latest odds posted by the betting site Oddspedia, the odds of Kelce and Swift becoming engaged sometime in the remaining five months of 2025 now stand at +100.
However, the “no” answer — that is, that the couple will not become engaged this year — remains the favorite, albeit by a narrow margin, at -125. That means a bettor would need to place a $125 wager to walk away with a $100 profit, if Kelce fails to ask Swift to marry him (or however the engagement takes place; the method and who proposes to who doesn’t matter as far as the odds are concerned), according to Oddspedia.
Odds of Engagement Climbing Rapidly
The implied probability of +100 odds is 50 percent — meaning that, per Oddspedia, whether Swift and Kelce get engaged before the Times Square ball drops on December 31 is now essentially a coin flip.
In April, just three months ago, the odds of a “Traylor” engagement were +155, or just 39.2 percent — a little bit better than one out of three, according to Oddspedia spokesperson Steven Loung, in a press release.

“The spike comes after a back-to-back wave of moments that had fans losing it,” Loung said. “First, Chiefs coach Andy Reid dropped a cheeky bombshell, telling reporters he’s preparing a speech for their ‘future wedding.’ Then came reports of the couple house-hunting in a Cleveland suburb, the kind of move that sends Swiftie group chats into overdrive.”
Reid, the three-time Super Bowl winning Chiefs head coach now entering his 13th season in Kansas City, discussed the stories he planned to tell at a potential Swift-Kelce wedding, during a radio interview on Thursday.
Two days earlier, a publication in Cleveland revealed that the football-music power couple were spotted shopping for “opulent homes currently for sale in Northeast Ohio’s tony eastside suburbs.”
Kelce originally hails from Cleveland Heights, a largely middle-class suburb about six miles east of downtown Cleveland.
Those two events this week somehow drove up the chances that Kelce and Swift would agree to tie the knot by nearly 28 percent, or about 11 percentage points, according to the Oddspedia analysis.
