‘I’m serious’ – Dak Prescott tipped for Presidential run in NFL retirement

DALLAS Cowboys star Dak Prescott could succeed in Washington – but not for the Commanders, but as a future President Of The United States.

While the quarterback has failed to bring home the golden prize for his team, his real career high could be in politics.

Cowboys former defensive lineman Tyrone Crawford believes that the famous number four is headed to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue after his hangs up his cleats.

Tyrone is “dead serious” about Dak’s potential, because of his likeability and thick skin – although he didn’t declare which party he would serve.

But before that groundbreaking move Tyrone is confident that Jerry Jones’ underperforming team can make a run for the Super Bowl in the next couple of years.

Tyrone, speaking at the Sneaks movie showdown in Las Vegas, staunchly defended Dak and The Boys’ following disappointing runs.

The 35-year-old said:  “Listen, I’m a former Cowboy.

“I still love my Cowboys and I love everything  about them – we are as a family.

“The NFL is an extremely hard league and especially during the playoffs. I mean, any given day in the NFL, you’re going to win a game.

“There’s some of the best teams that you thought should have won in the first round of the playoffs that lost and that goes throughout history. So you just got to come correct at that moment.

“Unfortunately, we haven’t done that the last 25 years.

“But I am optimistic and I really feel something special is happening around there.”

“Dak is an extremely good leader, and I always say Dak for President. I don’t know in 20-whatever it is going to be. But he is going to be president one day.

“With his leadership and with him leading the ship, I think they’ll grab one before he retires.”

Asked why Dak, 35,  has the attributes to follow Joe Biden or Donald Trump into The Oval Office, Tyrone explained:  “I say that as a kind of a joke, but deep down inside, if he wanted to get into politics, I believe he could do whatever he wanted in the political world,

“The guy literally can speak on an instant and deliver a great messages.

“He connects to everyone around him”

Smiling and admitting he is “biased, because he is my boy,” Tyrone , on camera at the HyperX Arena event, then doubled down on the NFL delivering its first US leader.

“I am dead serious,” he said.

“This guy is a great leader. You have to be a people person, but you also have to be able to lead and there’s a whole bunch of traits you need to have to become the stature of President.

“I think the guy’s got it. He’s dealt with crazy adversity in his life and he’s battled through it like most people couldn’t and most people would pull.

“So yeah, I’m a big believer in Dak. I’m a big believer in the Cowboys and their overall leadership as far as coaches and ownership, and GM Will McLay.
