McMillan has at least 60 yards in the two most recent appearances, putting momentum on his side. The Niners have been gouged for 70 or more a half-dozen times in 2025, but the position has logged at least 62 yards in seven others. There’s a strong chance San Fran puts the Panthers into a negative game script, which thoroughly favors McMillan.

49ers TE George Kittle 60+ Receiving Yards (+101)
The earlier talk about establishing the run leads us to this bet … Reaching this modest line in consecutive games, Kittle presents a fine double-up opp for bettors who aren’t so concerned about defensive matchup metrics and prefer to ride the hot hand. He should kill Carolina on play-action passing. TEs have registered only three 60-plus-yard efforts and a 59-yarder. Hardly any of the opponents faced were of Kittle’s caliber, and the San Francisco standout offers a worthwhile risk-reward prop.
49ers RB Christian McCaffrey 2+ Anytime TDs (+135)
It’s not too often you see a pair of anytime TDs with odds less than +200, but that’s a testament to how good CMC is as well as the Panthers’ suspect RB defense. The position has scored 11 times in as many games, including every 25.67 handles on the ground. Another favorable McCaffrey wager to consider: six-plus receptions (+103).
