Cardi B’s boyfriend, Stefon Diggs, has been confirmed as the father of Instagram model Aileen Lopera’s daughter, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera. Lopera’s lawyer, Tamar Arminak, shared the update with Page Six on Wednesday.
“The paternity has been confirmed. Mr. Diggs is the father of the child,” Arminak said.
“Now that the child’s paternity has been established and Mr. Diggs has acknowledged his daughter, my client hopes they can work toward being great parents to their child.”
Arminak also said the legal case is still active.

The case will continue if “parties are not able to resolve [their issue] themselves.”
New England Patriots WR Stefon Diggs’ legal team has not responded yet.
Aileen Lopera first filed the paternity case in December 2024. She asked for legal and physical custody of her unborn child, and also asked Diggs to cover costs for her pregnancy, delivery and attorney fees.
Lopera gave birth to their daughter in April 2025. In July, Diggs asked for genetic testing because he was not sure if he was the father. In his court filing, he said that if confirmed, he would ask for joint custody and a fair split of medical and legal expenses.
Cardi B and Stefon Diggs are expecting their first child together. On Wednesday, the Patriots star revealed the gender of the baby to be a boy. This will be Cardi B’s fourth child and Diggs’ first with her.
Cardi B announced her pregnancy with Diggs on September 17 during a CBS Mornings interview. The rapper also revealed the baby was due before her upcoming “Little Miss Drama” tour, which starts in February 2026.

Stefon Diggs’ ex Aileen Lopera shared their daughter’s pictures on Instagram
On Saturday, model Aileen Lopera shared Halloween photos of her daughter, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera. She was dressed in two costumes, one as Wonder Woman and another as Minnie Mouse.
For the Disney-inspired look, Charlie also wore the classic red bow, ears and a painted nose.
Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera turned six-months old in October.
Stefon Diggs is currently in his 11th year in the NFL. Before joining the Patriots, he played with the Minnesota Vikings, Buffalo Bills and Houston Texans.
