Visit Hot Springs CEO and parade founder Steve Arrison said the cheerleaders bring “spice and enthusiasm” each year, except during 2020 and 2021 when the event paused for the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to a spokesperson, the parade celebration will begin Tuesday evening, March 17, on Bridge Street in downtown Hot Springs.
The event continues to draw worldwide attention for its unique charm and lively atmosphere, officials said.
