There is no bigger storyline about the upcoming Week 4 battle between the Green Bay Packers and the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium in Arlington than Micah Parsons\u2019 return to his old stomping grounds. Parsons and the Cowboys did not have such a glorious split, which ended when the Cowboys traded Parsons to Green Bay in exchange for defensive tackle Kenny Clark and two first-round picks in 2026 and 2027.<\/p>\n

It will be interesting to see what kind of reception Parsons will have when he gets introduced at Jerry World and once he steps on the field. What\u2019s certain is that his focus will be on helping his new team thwart his former employer.<\/p>\n

During a recent episode of \u201cSnoop City, \u201d Jon Machota of The Athletic said that he seriously doubts that Dallas owner Jerry Jones and Parsons will mingle before Sunday\u2019s game, and it\u2019s not because of the defensive end.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would be very, very surprised if there\u2019s any type of meeting between those two before the game,\u201d Machota said.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd it has nothing to do with Micah, like Micah and the Cowboys players. I think he\u2019s cool with a lot of them. Still, you go back to the night when the trade happened. Several of them went over his house and celebrated with him. Tyler Smith talked about going over there. Trayvon digs is one of his best friends, CeeDee Lamb, he\u2019s really close with. So no, the players will be fine. Jerry holds grudges like no other and he can say whatever he wants. And he\u2019ll say that everything\u2019s fine. But I believe that it got to a level to where it was personal with Jerry and that\u2019s why this ultimately happened and he ended up parting ways with a star player.\u201d<\/p>\n
