Kyle Schwarber is having a monster season for his Philadelphia Phillies. It\u2019s fitting that he set an MLB record in the process.<\/p>\n

Schwarber slugged two home runs in his Phillies\u2019 11-1 win over the Miami Marlins at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, Pa., on Wednesday. The first one came in the bottom of the third inning off Marlins pitcher Ryan Weathers. The solo homer, which tied the score at one, was Schwarber\u2019s 55th of the season and 23rd off a lefty pitcher.<\/p>\n

Schwarber homered again in the 7th to make it 7-1. The monster homer traveled an estimated 468 feet and was Schwarber\u2019s 57th of the season.<\/p>\n
