TORONTO \u2014 Garrett Crochet, or \u201cThe big boy\u201d as manager Alex Cora called him after Boston\u2019s win last night, will be on the mound Wednesday.<\/p>\n

The Red Sox ace (17-5, 2.69 ERA) is just 2 \u2154 innings short of reaching the 200-inning mark for the season.<\/p>\n

He\u2019ll try to help Boston get one win closer to a postseason berth when the Red Sox and Blue Jays play at 7:07 p.m. here at Rogers Centre. Future Hall of Famer Max Scherzer (5-4, 5.06 ERA) will start for Toronto.<\/p>\n
