This week’s major engagement news was something of a full circle moment for Kristina Zias.<\/p>\n
\u201cTaylor Swift and Travis Kelce are engaged, and I think I\u2019m responsible,\u201d Kristina Zias said in a video on her TikTok page the same day that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce announced their engagement and became the biggest news on the Internet.<\/p>\n
\u201cWell, kind of. Watch this.\u201d<\/p>\n
Zias is not blowing smoke. This model and influencer was working for AfterBuzz TV in 2016 and conducted an interview with Travel Kelce.<\/p>\n
During the interview, she played a game of \u201cKill, Marry, Kiss\u201d with the football great. The contenders in the game were two huge pop stars: Taylor Swift, Katy Perry and Ariana Grande.<\/p>\n
The game had rather hilarious and prophetic results. \u201cDamn, that\u2019s messed up, I don\u2019t wanna kill any of them,\u201d Kelce responded, but then actually did play: \u201cAriana is kill, unfortunately. Love you, but you\u2019re gone. And then Taylor Swift would be the kiss and then Katy Perry would be the marry.\u201d So, maybe Taylor was just getting a kiss at the time, but she was a top contender. And it got noticed.<\/p>\n
In fact, it went on to get noticed by Taylor Swift.<\/p>\n
So much so that she actually referenced it and offered a kind of response, when she referenced the interview in a song years later, in her album The Tortured Poets Department’<\/em>s \u201cSo High School.”<\/p>\n \u201cAre you gonna marry, kiss or kill me \/ It’s just a game, but really \/ I’m bettin’ on all three for us two.”<\/em><\/p>\n So, did that moment mark the time that Taylor and Travis were first openly aware of each other?
