But it seems that he has exceeded them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MORE:\u00a0<\/strong>No one in modern baseball hits triples like Corbin Carroll<\/p>\n<p>He wasn&#8217;t necessarily always this highly thought of. The Yankees needed only a seventh-round pick to take him out of Northeastern in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>But the 6-foot-6 righty has grown up in a big way the past few seasons, and the Yankees are now reaping the rewards.<\/p>\n<p>New York&#8217;s second half hasn&#8217;t been what it wanted.
