Kelce is preparing for the 2025-26 NFL season at the Kansas City Chiefs’ training camp. Fans noticed not what the tight end said during the interview, but when everything lined up for his first interview with the media team during the camp.<\/p>\n

\u201cSomeone in Kansas City needs a raise! You are telling me that Travis Kelce hasn\u2019t spoken to the media all Training Camp, but his first time just HAPPENS to fall on Day 13. The Swifties have fully infiltrated the Chiefs media team!\u201d one fan wrote, which caused a lot of responses from fellow fans.<\/p>\n

Another fan shared another invisible string theory between the two with Kelce’s jersey number and Swift’s favorite number that coincides with her birthday: \u201c87 + 13 = 100.\u201d The invisible string theory \u201cproposes that individuals are connected by an unseen, metaphorical string that guides them towards each other, even before they meet.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kelce shared that he would be returning for his 13th year in the NFL after there was speculation that he would retire.<\/p>\n

Swift supported Kelce’s decision to not retire yet. They \u201cdefinitely discussed [the decision] as a couple,\u201d a source told Page Six at the time.<\/p>\n

Swift wanted Kelce to keep playing, the insider says: \u201cShe didn\u2019t want Travis to retire. She wanted him to go out on a high note.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Chiefs lost to the Philadelphia Eagles at Super Bowl 59 with a score of 22-40. If the Chiefs had won, they would have made history as the first NFL team to win the Super Bowl three times in a row.<\/p>\n

While the Super Bowl didn’t go the way Kelce would have wanted, his future with Swift looks bright. The couple is seemingly planning together for a future as they have been reportedly house hunting in Montana and most recently on a trip to Kelce’s home city of Cleveland.<\/p>\n

The couple has dispelled engagement rumors for now, but according to the outlet, they have their family\u2019s blessings.<\/p>\n
