We told you that the saga between the Diamond Sports Group and Major League Baseball wasn\u2019t going to simply end with Diamond switching out which gambling company\u2019s name would be on their regional sports networks. Indeed, the saga continued on Friday afternoon as both Major League Baseball and the Atlanta Braves delivered a formal objection to Diamond Sports Group\u2019s bankruptcy plans. While nothing is changing for the time being, it\u2019s still pretty significant that the Atlanta Braves themselves have chosen to get involved in the court battle. This doesn\u2019t affect us fans since the TV network is still there but for those of you who are interested in the business of baseball, things have definitely gotten even juicier.<\/p>\n
