The Dallas Cowboys are in the midst of a new era with head coach Brian Schottenheimer at the helm.\u00a0 Their offense has already received a facelift by trading for star wide receiver George Pickens.\u00a0 CeeDee Lamb and Pickens are poised to be one of the best wide receiver duos in the NFL.<\/p>\n

However, there could be another big time trade on the way.<\/p>\n

It is reported that the Dallas Cowboys are in talks with the Miami Dolphins about trading for superstar cornerback Jalen Ramsey:<\/p>\n

Before the\u00a0NFL\u00a0Draft last month, Dolphins general manager Chris Grier\u00a0told reporters\u00a0that they\u2019re looking to trade Jalen Ramsey. Grier said they \u201cdecided that it was probably in the best interest for all parties to move forward.\u201d The future Hall of Famer is signed through the 2028 season.<\/p>\n

Speaking on \u201cSportsCenter,\u201d ESPN NFL insider Jeremy Fowler reports that the Cowboys are among the possible suitors that could acquire Ramsey. Fowler added that Ramsey\u2019s $24.2 million in guaranteed money has delayed a potential trade up to this point:<\/p>\n

\u201cNothing imminent yet\u2026The Dolphins haven\u2019t shown a willingness to pay that money, neither do teams\u2026NFC East could be one to watch. Dallas Cowboys? Look, they\u2019ve made three trades this offseason\u2026could they make a fourth trade on an NFL veteran\u2026Certainly.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Yesterday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN mentions the #Cowboys \u201ccould be one to watch\u201d for a Jalen Ramsey trade.<\/p>\n

Why? They still have a need at the position and have shown to be aggressive this offseason with trades.<\/p>\n

A Cowboys source told Fowler that the team \u201ccould always be looking to add.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fowler said that the Los Angeles Rams are among the clubs that\u2019ve talked to Miami about Jalen Ramsey. The All-Pro corner played for LA from 2019 to 2022, helping them to a Super Bowl 56 championship in the 2021 season.<\/p>\n

The cap-strapped Rams traded Ramsey to the Dolphins in the 2023 offseason. In two seasons there, the seven-time Pro Bowler tallied five interceptions, 16 pass breakups and one sack. For his career, Ramsey has 24 interceptions and 108 pass breakups.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
