Dallas Cowboys star Micah Parsons says he\u2019s not giving up on the season<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Dallas Cowboys have lost three straight games and their star quarterback, Dak Prescott, for multiple weeks to a hamstring injury. Pundits and fans have suggested the season is over, but on his podcast, Micah Parsons has said the season is anything but over.<\/p>\n

The Penn State product appeared on \u201cThe Edge with Micah Parsons,\u201d where he discussed Prescott\u2019s injury.<\/p>\n

\u201cCowboys nation, more trials and tribulations, it\u2019s hard to compare us to any other unit it\u2019s not a bunch of season-ending injuries but it\u2019s injuries, conflicts,\u201d said Parsons, \u201cHeartbeat of the team, our QB 1, obviously Dak Prescott is gonna miss a couple of weeks but you know what I would say?<\/em><\/p>\n

We been here before.\u201d Parsons referenced Prescott\u2019s hand injury in 2022 when backup QB Cooper Rush came in and led the Cowboys to a 4-1 record until the All-Pro could return and finished the season with a 12-5 record. Parsons also laid out his mentality for the rest of the season.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe record is 3-5 but there\u2019s a bunch of games here where you say we could\u2019ve won if we done the things the right way,\u201d said Parsons, \u201cWe got a chance, they always say it\u2019s not over till the fat lady sings and I ain\u2019t hear her sing yet. I ain\u2019t hear her sing once yet, as long as I\u2019m still alive, as long I\u2019m still a part of this team I\u2019m gonna keep fighting…point blank period.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Parsons is expected to return for the Cowboys game on Sunday, Nov. 10, against the Philadelphia Eagles and will try to start the mid-season turnaround.<\/p>\n
