The Kansas City Chiefs made it to the Super Bowl three years in a row.<\/p>\n

They won two of those games, and they almost were undefeated last season.<\/p>\n

However, even the best things can be better.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why, on the heels of the Super Bowl LIX loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, general manager Brett Veach recently acknowledged there is work to do on the roster.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s always room for improvement,\u201d Veach said, via Charles Goldman.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

He mentions O-Line, D-Line, and cornerback as deep positions in the 2025 NFL Draft.<\/p>\n

With the 2025 NFL Draft approaching, Veach talked about adding talent to the offensive line, defensive line and at cornerback.<\/p>\n

The Chiefs have been the team to beat for the past half-decade, and that\u2019s not going to change anytime soon, even if they\u2019re no longer the reigning Super Bowl champions.<\/p>\n

They still have arguably the best offensive play-caller (head coach Andy Reid), defensive coordinator (Steve Spagnuolo) and quarterback (Patrick Mahomes) in the NFL.<\/p>\n

The Chiefs were able to regroup and retool after losing to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Super Bowl LV, so it\u2019s certainly possible they can do so again.<\/p>\n

Veach has done a solid job of building the roster through the draft, and there aren\u2019t that many glaring needs other than finding some blindside protection for Mahomes.<\/p>\n

However, the doubters expect some more regression in 2025.<\/p>\n

That has been the narrative surrounding the Chiefs for years, yet they still manage to end up on top, even if it\u2019s not always easy or pretty.<\/p>\n
