He had imaging done Monday.<\/p>\n<p id=\"4IW5RTHL2ZHKJFVDZDCLCYS2HA\">\u201cSo it\u2019s not as bad as what we thought,\u201d manager Alex Cora said before Boston\u2019s game Monday at the Rays\u2019 temporary home, George M. Steinbrenner Field. \u201cObviously timetable, we don\u2019t know yet. But out of the bad news, it\u2019s the best possible result.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"E7V6ETRZIZHRNO5FJ2ATZTE5KM\">Tanner Houck will start Monday when the Red Sox and Rays play here at 7:05 p.m. Walker Buehler will start Tuesday in the second game of this series.<\/p>\n<p id=\"LP47SXBDKNAL7MHXUMHP25AUWA\">The Red Sox have yet to determine who will start Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p id=\"RBXDGLISRBDOHIO67GK4PXIRAA\">Brayan Bello (right shoulder strain) could be back as early as next Monday when the Red Sox host the White Sox for their annual morning Patriots\u2019 Day game.<\/p>\n<p id=\"FBAQBKFAVRE2FGOHNRSP2RJOW4\">Bello is making his fourth rehab start Wednesday at Hartford for Double-A Portland, Cora said. It\u2019s expected to be his final tune up before he\u2019s ready to be activated. He\u2019d be on regular rest next Monday.<\/p>\n<p id=\"7AYRLI3KHNC77JPGQ4H7QKWPDA\">Lucas Giolito (left hamstring strain) will make his third rehab start Tuesday in Hartford for Portland, according to Cora. He likely will need one more rehab start after Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p id=\"FTJTTP7DERDQHL5CWJDPK72UNQ\">\u201cBello is ahead of Gio in this,\u201d Cora said. \u201cSo most likely is his (Bello\u2019s) last one.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"JHEYNMV4CJGEBEGRFJUOIWK2NE\">The 25-year-old Fitts allowed six runs in 17 innings (3.18 ERA) over three starts.<\/p>\n<p id=\"XNDVH26I55BHLAX527ZR6J2CVY\">Red Sox starters have the sixth best starter ERA (3.59) among major league teams, giving up 37 earned runs in 92 \u2154 innings so far.<\/p>\n<p id=\"HUYU2LEADVH2XED6KJ7U6HBK2U\">Garrett Crochet\u00a0has allowed only four earned runs in 27 innings (1.38 ERA). The other five Boston pitchers to make starts have allowed 33 earned runs in 65 \u2154 innings, a 4.52 ERA.
