During the 2024 season, Farmer posted a strong 3.04 ERA, a solid 1.20 WHIP, and an impressive 70\/29 K\/BB ratio across 71 innings in 61 appearances. His ability to limit damage and generate swings and misses made him one of the more reliable relievers for the Reds. Given his performance, it comes as a bit of a surprise that Farmer had to settle for a minor-league contract rather than securing a guaranteed major-league deal.<\/p>\n
