A year ago, the Chicago Cubs made waves across baseball by signing former Milwaukee Brewers manager Craig Counsell. While it was known that Counsell was meeting with teams outside of Milwaukee, Jed Hoyer kept his discussions with Counsell under wraps. Fast forward to today, and the Cubs reportedly have once again snagged a long-time member of the Brewers\u2019 staff.<\/p>\n
