After quite an uneventful offseason, the Atlanta Braves have made a splash and signed outfielder Jurickson Profar. He will join the club on a three-year, $42M deal. He will make $12M in 2025 and $15M in both 2026 and 2027.<\/p>\n
Profar will take over in left field. Not only is he a solid defender, but Alex Anthopoulos called him the \u201csecond-best bat on the market.\u201d He spent the entire 2024 campaign in San Diego, where he logged 158 games and a .280 batting average.<\/p>\n
And before you ask, 1% of his salary will be donated to the Atlanta Braves Foundation.<\/p>\n
