It appears that there are actually some legs on the never-ending speculation about Deion Sanders potentially becoming the next head coach of the Dallas Cowboys.<\/p>\n
During the 2024 NCAA football and NFL season, countless fans and analysts floated the idea of Deion Sanders potentially replacing Mike McCarthy as the Cowboys head coach. And it actually makes some sense for several reasons.<\/p>\n
For one, you won\u2019t find two men who crave the spotlight and embrace attention as much as \u201cCoach Prime\u201d and Dallas owner Jones. And of course, Sanders played for the Cowboys from 1995 to 1999 and led them to a Super Bowl 30 championship.<\/p>\n
Now, ESPN\u2019s Adam Schefter and Jordan Schultz of FOX Sports both report that Jerry Jones has spoken to Deion Sanders about the Cowboys\u2019 HC opening:<\/p>\n
