The Kelce brothers have a habit of being, shall we say, uninhibited on their podcast, \u201cNew Heights,\u201d revealing just enough for internet sleuths (looking at you, Swifties) to decipher the next steps in Kelce and Taylor Swift\u2019s romance. Case in point? Their Jan. 8 episode, where Travis might have revealed a bit more about what his and Swift\u2019s post-Eras Tour plans look like.<\/p>\n

During the episode, Travis Kelce addressed a question from a caller about the best time of year to get married. \u201cI actually don\u2019t know people who\u2019ve gotten married in the fall, because all the weddings I\u2019ve been to and all my friends always do it in the summer,\u201d the Kansas City Chiefs star admitted.<\/p>\n

This offhand comment, combined with his dislike for weddings in the middle of football season, is fueling speculation among fans about the couple\u2019s potential timeline for tying the knot. Kelce added, \u201cI\u2019ve seen weddings in f\u2014ing February. I\u2019ve seen weddings everywhere but the fall,\u201d ruling out certain months with his characteristic candidness.<\/p>\n

The timing would make sense. The three-time Super Bowl winner\u2019s schedule is dominated by football commitments from late summer through winter, leaving the offseason as the most practical time to pull off what we assume would be one of the biggest celebrity weddings of the century. Add to this the fact that Swift would have had some time after wrapping up her extensive Eras Tour by then, asOK Magazine revealed through a source who shared, \u201cAfter 21 months on the road and a year-and-a-half with Travis, Taylor is ready for this next chapter to begin with the love of her life.\u201d<\/p>\n

With Swift and Kelce, the excitement only continues to build. \u201cThey\u2019ve got a lot to look forward to, and they couldn\u2019t be more excited about it,\u201d the insider added, hinting at the couple\u2019s undoubtedly thoughtful approach to this next big step.<\/p>\n

While nothing concrete has been announced, Kelce\u2019s musings about summer weddings seem to perfectly match the couple\u2019s future plans \u2014 and considering his brother Jason didn\u2019t bother correcting someone on a podcast last September when they called Swift his \u201cfuture sister-in-law,\u201d there\u2019s a chance the two might already be one of those Hollywood couples going for a low-key or secret engagement.<\/p>\n
