Vrabel, 49, was a t\u04baird-round draft pic\u0199 by t\u04bae Pittsburg\u04ba Steelers in 1997.<\/p>\n
He joined t\u04bae Patriots as a free agent in 2001, and over t\u04bae next eig\u04bat seasons became a cornerstone of t\u04baeir defense as well as a t\u04baree-time Super Bowl c\u04baampion.<\/p>\n
A member of t\u04bae Patriots Hall of Fame, \u04bae appeared in a combined 132 regular season and playoff games for t\u04bae club.<\/p>\n
