several tough injuries to key players throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p>Dallas came into the season hoping to contend for a playoff spot, but instead is already looking ahead to the 2025 NFL season.<\/p>\n<p>The Cowboys can still have an impact on the NFC playoff race, though, as they\u2019re set to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Commanders to close the campaign.<\/p>\n<p>All three of those teams are squarely in the playoff race, and a loss to Dallas could have seeding implications.<\/p>\n<p>Even without Dak Prescott manning the Cowboys\u2019 Week 15 and is expected to need quite some time to recover.<\/p>\n<p>Booth was brought up from the practice squad and could be in line for snaps with Diggs out, while linebacker Harris and center Shepley will serve as game-day depth.<\/p>\n<p>Losing Diggs is a tough setback for the Cowboys, who will have some trouble guarding the likes of Mike Evans and Jalen McMillan.<\/p>\n<p>The Cowboys
