Will he keep it or move?<\/p>\n<p>In a Wednesday, February 25 feature for Realtor, Charlie Lankston notes that \u201cshould Kelce choose to end his time with the Chiefs, it\u2019s unclear whether he would choose to continue living in the area, particularly given that his fianc\u00e9e owns multiple lavish homes in other locations, including New York City, Rhode Island and Tennessee.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lankston adds that Swift and Kelce, according to reports, \u201cwere seen looking at different houses in a tony Cleveland suburb, not far from where Kelce was raised.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lankston adds that both Kelce and Swift may decide to keep the Kansas property, because they \u201clikely have very emotional ties\u201d to it, since it\u2019s \u201cwhere the NFL star chose to pop the question over the summer, after turning his backyard into a floral wonderland to surprise the singer.\u201d<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Bad News for Travis Kelce If He Decides to Sell His Kansas Home<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/ht-img\/img\/2025\/12\/26\/cropped\/4-3\/Travis_Kelce_1766783083180_1766783083378.jpg\" alt=\"Travis Kelce's post-retirement plans revealed; Chiefs star already has a  Hollywood project 'on the go' | Hindustan Times\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Kelce may have another motivation to not to sell. According to research from Realtor, his home may have lowered in value.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShould Kelce choose to offload his Kansas dwelling, he may face something of a struggle to recoup the money he invested in the property, with Realtor.com data revealing that the median listing price in Leawood plummeted by 27.89% between December 2022, less than a year before he bought his dwelling, and December 2025,\u201d Lankston notes.<\/p>\n<p>Having the median home listing price go down by 27.89% in three years is huge.
