This Holiday Spirit is One to Remember\ud83d\udc47"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"\" data-article-body=\"true\">\n<p>On Monday, Christmas arrived early for nearly 100 Cobb County elementary school students.<\/p>\n<p>This year, the Smyrna Police Department and Smyrna firefighters teamed up with the Atlanta Braves to bring the holiday cheer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday is very exciting,\u201d Smyrna Police Lt. Meredith Holt told <b>Channel 2 Cobb County Bureau Chief Michele Newell.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>[DOWNLOAD: <\/b>Free WSB-TV News app for alerts as news breaks<b>]<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Instead of elementary school hallways, Walmart toy aisles were the classroom today.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnytime you an do stuff for those that are less fortunate, it\u2019s just awesome,\u201d Smyrna Fire Department Lt.
