Cardi B\u2019s boyfriend, Stefon Diggs, has been confirmed as the father of Instagram model Aileen Lopera\u2019s daughter, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera. Lopera\u2019s lawyer, Tamar Arminak, shared the update with Page Six<\/em> on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe paternity has been confirmed. Mr. Diggs is the father of the child,\u201d Arminak said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cNow that the child\u2019s paternity has been established and Mr. Diggs has acknowledged his daughter, my client hopes they can work toward being great parents to their child.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The case will continue if “parties are not able to resolve [their issue] themselves.”<\/p>\n

New England Patriots WR Stefon Diggs\u2019 legal team has not responded yet.<\/p>\n

Aileen Lopera first filed the paternity case in December 2024. She asked for legal and physical custody of her unborn child, and also asked Diggs to cover costs for her pregnancy, delivery and attorney fees.<\/p>\n

Lopera gave birth to their daughter in April 2025. In July, Diggs asked for genetic testing because he was not sure if he was the father. In his court filing, he said that if confirmed, he would ask for joint custody and a fair split of medical and legal expenses.<\/p>\n

Cardi B and Stefon Diggs are expecting their first child together. On Wednesday, the Patriots star revealed the gender of the baby to be a boy. This will be Cardi B\u2019s fourth child and Diggs\u2019 first with her.<\/p>\n

Cardi B announced her pregnancy with Diggs on September 17 during a CBS Mornings interview. The rapper also revealed the baby was due before her upcoming \u201cLittle Miss Drama\u201d tour, which starts in February 2026.<\/p>\n

Stefon Diggs\u2019 ex Aileen Lopera shared their daughter’s pictures on Instagram<\/h2>\n

On Saturday, model Aileen Lopera shared Halloween photos of her daughter, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera. She was dressed in two costumes, one as Wonder Woman and another as Minnie Mouse.<\/p>\n

For the Disney-inspired look, Charlie also wore the classic red bow, ears and a painted nose.<\/p>\n

Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera turned six-months old in October.<\/p>\n

Stefon Diggs is currently in his 11th year in the NFL. Before joining the Patriots, he played with the Minnesota Vikings, Buffalo Bills and Houston Texans.<\/p>\n
