The Patriots used veteran quarterback Jacoby Brissett as the team\u2019s starter for the first five games of 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Drake Maye was named the starting quarterback before the Patriots\u2019 41-21 loss to the Houston Texans in Week 6. The Patriots have won two games with Maye starting. The No. 3 pick in April\u2019s draft has gone 126-of-189 passing for 1,236 yards, nine touchdowns and six interceptions. However, the 21-year-old rushed for 1,209 yards and 16 touchdowns on 302 rushing attempts in college.<span id=\"ezoic-pub-ad-placeholder-178\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Maye could use his unique mobility to make him more lethal as a passer.
