If you were at all surprised about Alex Bregman\u2019s decision to opt-out, then that probably means you haven\u2019t been paying much attention to the way Scott Boras has been doing business lately. Bregman\u2019s decision to sign a short-term, option-laden contract last year, and then to opt out and test free agency again this year, followed a pattern that\u2019s already proven successful for Boras clients.
