The Dallas Cowboys have already had their fair share of injuries, and we are only five weeks through the season, and it doesn\u2019t seem like there will be too much relief, at least this week.<\/p>\n

With CeeDee Lamb still a DNP as he recovers from an ankle sprain, and All-Pro returner KaVontae Turpin still working his way back, Dak Prescott might have to beat the Carolina Panthers with the same offense he had against the New York Jets.<\/p>\n

But as Dallas practiced at The Star on Wednesday, Turpin was seen out on the field with athletic trainer Britt Brown.<\/p>\n

So, how\u2019s he feeling?<\/p>\n

\u201cI went out there with Britt [Brown] did a little rehab on the field,\u201d Turpin said. \u201cIt basically trying to see how I\u2019m moving full speed. I kind of jogged, and everything was good. So, we just taking it day by day.\u201d<\/p>\n

Day to day sounds relatively positive for one of Dallas\u2019 most explosive weapons, right?<\/p>\n

So, could we see the Cowboys\u2019 \u201crocket ship\u201d on the field in Carolina?<\/p>\n

\u201cNo, probably not,\u201d Turpin added. \u201cI probably come back probably Washington week. That\u2019s probably the goal.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cowboys\u2019 offense lethal despite injuries<\/h2>\n

Without Lamb, Turpin, and four starting offensive linemen, Dak hung 37 points on the Jets in their building as Brian Schottenheimer\u2019s unit appears to be one of the best in football. Now, when Lamb and Co. return, what could we expect? In short, fireworks.<\/p>\n

Granted, the defense, if it can be \u201cjust\u201d average the rest of the way, then this Cowboys team could easily be playoff-bound. But if they keep giving up 30+ points, then this Dallas team will follow a similar path to last year\u2019s Cincinnati Bengals, and we don\u2019t want this offense to be wasted.<\/p>\n

Reinforcements are expected to arrive within the next couple of weeks, and that\u2019s when things will really get\u00a0interesting.<\/p>\n

But this week? It\u2019s as you were for Dak and Co.<\/p>\n
