Injuries continue to pile up on the Cowboys\u2019 offensive line, with four of the ideal five starters banged up. Center Cooper Beebe is on injured reserve because of a high-ankle sprain, while rookie right guard Tyler Booker will miss his second straight game with a high-ankle sprain.<\/p>\n

Left tackle Tyler Guyton suffered a concussion during the fourth quarter of Week 4 against the Green Bay Packers and later entered the concussion protocol. He was unable to practice this week, a negative sign regarding his availability against the New York Jets. The Cowboys will soon release their official injury report, listing Guyton as either questionable, doubtful, or out.<\/p>\n

According to Joseph Hoyt of The Dallas Morning News,\u00a0<\/em>Tyler Guyton will miss his first game of the season. As a result, Nathan Thomas will start at left tackle. Thomas filled in for Guyton for the remainder of the fourth quarter and in overtime in Week 4.<\/p>\n

Left guard Tyler Smith popped up on this week\u2019s injury report with a knee injury despite playing every single offensive snap to start the season. The two-time Pro Bowler was unable to practice this week, but the Cowboys listed him as questionable. There is a chance that Smith doesn\u2019t play, potentially leaving right tackle Terence Steele as the only healthy starter.<\/p>\n
We could see a starting combination of Nathan Thomas at left tackle, Trevor Keegan at left guard, Brock Hoffman at center, T.J. Bass at right guard, and Terence Steele at right tackle.<\/p>\n
