At this point, Green Bay Packer star defensive end Micah Parsons\u2019 Week 4 return to his former NFL home, the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, has been discussed ad nauseam . That\u2019s understandable, though. The days, weeks and months leading to his eventual split with the Cowboys were fraught with drama, in large part because of his contract standoff with the team.<\/p>\n

Parsons talk gets no traction from Packers insider<\/b><\/h2>\n

Following the 40-40 tie between the Packers and the Cowboys, Dallas owner Jerry Jones seemingly took a jab at Parsons by saying that quarterback Dak Prescott was \u201cindispensable,\u201d while the pass rusher was not. Jones\u2019 statement has led some, including one letter sender to Packers insider Wes Hodkiewicz ,\u00a0 to wonder whether Parsons would use that as motivation to wreak even more havoc on the field going forward.<\/p>\n

From the fan: \u201cMicah came through with a critical sack at the end\u2026it seemed like he was fired up after the long completion to Turpin on the sideline. I wonder if he will play with more fire now that Jerry Jones said Dak is indispensable and Micah is not!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s all water under the bridge now, at least for me,\u201d Hodkiewicz said in his response.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Packers could play Dallas again in four months or another four years. Micah Parsons is a member of the Green Bay Packers and they\u2019re happy he\u2019s here. The end.\u201d<\/p>\n

It is on to the next for Parsons and the Cowboys. The tie with Dallas did not sit well with the Packers, but Green Bay can also consider itself lucky for escaping with nothing worse than a tied score , considering how they nearly ran out of time to kick the game-tying field goal.<\/p>\n
