The San Francisco 49ers have an injury concern early in the Week 3 contest against the Arizona Cardinals, as defensive end Nick Bosa was shaken up after a play.

UPDATE: Bosa is listed as questionable to return, the team announced. However, Bosa was spotted giving a thumbs down as he left the field, which is a bad, bad sign.

It remains unclear what injury Bosa is dealing with exactly, but he’s getting looked at in the blue medical tent.
