The Arizona Cardinals will face the San Francisco 49ers in Week 3. They will not likely have to face one of their top offensive wepons.
Tight end George Kittle suffered a hamstring in the Niners’ 17-13 Week 1 win over the Seattle Seahawks and will miss multiple weeks.

He is a candidate to be placed on injured reserve, which would mean missing a minimum of four games.
While he is out, the 49ers will lean on tight ends Luke Farrell and Jake Tonges. Tonges scored the game-winning touchdown to beat the Seahawks.
The Niners are suffered other key injuries. Quarterback Brock Purdy suffered shoulder and toe injuries and might not be able to play in Week 2 against the New Orleans Saints, which means Week 3 against the Cardinals isn’t a sure thing.
Receiver Jauan Jennings also suffered a shoulder injury.
