Charlotte Tilbury is simply iconic, darling. So, when the British beauty mogul’s namesake brand secured its spot as the official makeup partner for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders for the 2025–2026 season, I knew it was going to be full of glitz and glam.

Giving the squad the “magic of confidence with their very own bespoke beauty look,” Tilbury “studied the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders’ archives all the way back to their [1960s] origins,” Tilbury exclusively told InStyle. She described the style as rooted in “classic, timeless Americana”—a direct link to her own brand. Ensuring the vision amplified each squad members’ natural beauty, she curated a “glamorous, flawless, and glowing” finish.

Tilbury was keen on one thing: making sure the squad had “the most stunning, dazzling eyes that shine as bright as they do.” Her solution? This captivating eyeshadow and mascara trio. “Darling, you should see how they reacted when these beauty icons completely transformed their eyes!”

Tilbury recommends blending the “prime” shade of one of her Pillow Talk Luxury Palettes all over the eyelids, then placing the “enhance” shade into the outer corner of the eyes. “To add depth and smokiness,” blend the “smoke” shade “upwards into the crease, taking it across the upper and lower lash line,” she explained, claiming “anyone can do it, darling.”

“For a gorgeous, starlit glow,” she continued, “add a pop of my Eyes to Mesmerise…on the center of the eyelids.” Finish off with a few swipes of the Exagger-Eyes Volume Mascara for “eyes that look bigger and brighter.”

Perhaps some of my favorite products from the brand are the Hollywood Contour, Beauty Light, and Beauty Blush Wands. So it came as no surprise that she relied on these makeup kit staples to give the squad what she called “sculpted, snatched, glowing complexions.”

Tilbury summed up the process as “easy as dot, dot, blend, and glow!” All it takes is adding a few dabs of contour to areas of the face you want to define and the “high-gloss” highlight to areas you want “strings of light” to pull your face upwards. According to Tilbury, the products “stay dewy” and make the girls look as if they’re “being followed around with spotlights on their faces.”

She finishes with a kiss of color on the high points of the cheeks, delivering what she calls “the most gorgeous, muted rosy blush.”
