Taylor Swift and her engagement ring know how to make an entrance.

On Thursday, Aug. 28, the newly engaged pop star, 35, made her first public appearance as a fiancée when she attended a special college football game at Arrowhead Stadium with Travis Kelce. The University of Cincinnati Bearcats, where Kelce played during his college career, took on the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Cameras caught the “Love Story” singer in a suite with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, also 35, as well as her metallic green nails and diamond dazzler.

Her massive ring is an “Old Mine brilliant cut” shaped stone that Kelce designed with Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine Jewelry.

Video captured Swift sipping from a drink with her signature red lip and winged eyeliner as she focused on the field for the matchup. Earlier in the evening, her arrival was also caught on camera.

“A fan of the athletics and the sports and the Bearcats. Great to have you with us tonight,” the Bearcats Football X account tweeted, tagging the Grammy winner.

In the video, Swift entered Arrowhead Stadium with Brittany Mahomes, wearing a sleeveless vest teamed with a pleated micro mini skirt. She also wore neutral-toned boots that came up to just under her knees.

The “Blank Space” singer smiled and waved to screaming fans as they cheered her on, congratulating her on her recent proposal.

The first-ever Battle Kansas City Sports Classic ended with a 20-17 Nebraska victory.

Swift and Kelce announced their engagement in a joint Instagram post on Tuesday, Aug. 26 sharing photos of them together in an “enchanted” garden that looked strikingly familiar to her “Lover” photoshoot.

“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” she captioned their big reveal, adding a lit dynamite emoji.

She and the Super Bowl champion went public with their romance in October 2023 when they stepped out holding hands at a Saturday Night Live afterparty.

Approximately a week before the engagement news, Swift hinted that she and Kelce live together during her New Heights podcast debut on Aug. 13.

Kelce’s family have given the “So High School” singer their stamp of approval.

“Donna is already saving little things from this time like photos, notes and flowers,” a source told PEOPLE exclusively on Thursday. “She is very sentimental about it. She wants to remember every detail, so she has been holding onto mementos from their first days as an engaged couple.”

After saying Swift and Kelce are taking their time to enjoy their engagement, the insider added, “It has been a relief not having to keep it a secret anymore and they are glad it is out in the open.

Both families are overjoyed. There were toasts, happy tears and everyone is thrilled for them.”
