Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift may not have turned a recent Jelly Roll concert into a date night, but the NFL star seemingly ensured she was there in spirit.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end was spotted backstage at the T-Mobile Center during the “Need a Favor” crooner’s Wednesday. Nov. 13 concert, part of his ongoing Beautifully Broken Tour. Joining the 39-year-old country star were three special guests, Shaboozey, Allie Colleen and Ernest—who actually posed with Kelce.

A now-viral photo reposted to to a fan account on X (formerly Twitter) shows Kelce standing beside the opening act while rocking a pair of light-wash jeans, a cream T-shirt, matching sneakers, a white hat and a plaid long-sleeve button-down that had some fans thinking of none other than the “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” songstress.

“Blue and gold plaid….nice Trav!” one fan wrote, later adding that they “love” the two-toned flannel.

“Cutie,” a second simply gushed.

“Taylor and Travis matching outfits,” another boldly declared.

For what it’s worth, the 35-year-old Super Bowl champ’s button-down does resemble the plaid pattern his pop superstar girlfriend has rocked on more than one occasion this year—namely, her “Reputation-coded” second look at the 2024 VMAs in September and a few of the 34-year-old’s recent Chiefs game day looks.

While it’s likely a pure coincidence that the two have similar wardrobe staples, Swifties will clearly never back down from trying to decode a puzzle or allow themselves to potentially overlook an Easter egg—the definition of a dedicated fanbase!
