Dallas has of course struggled on the field in recent years. The Cowboys went 7-10 in 2024, leading to Mike McCarthy’s ousting. Jerry Jones surprised many by promoting Schottenheimer, the longtime NFL assistant coach, to head coach. Expectations remain high heading into 2025.

But while the Cowboys have often struggled on the field, their cheerleaders have not.

The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders are the best in the business for a reason. They bring in more than $10 million annually, according to financial estimates.
