The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders will be back in action this fall. Dallas opens the season on the road, taking on Philadelphia in the first NFL regular season game of the year on Thursday, Sept. 4. But Dallas and its popular cheerleaders will celebrate their home opener on Sept. 14 against the New York Giants.

Dallas’ cheerleaders have always been popular, but in recent years, they have really exploded on social media. Several of the Cowboys’ top cheerleaders have social media followings into the high six or low seven-figures. Netflix recently released Season 2 of “America’s Sweethearts,” which documents the trials and tribulations – along with the successes – of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

Veteran Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Caroline Sundvold, who was forced to retire due to injury, has developed a big following on social media. Her younger sister, Anna Kate, is currently a member of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. She recently received a big honor, as she was named a team captain heading into the 2025 season.

Caroline, who has more than 100,000 followers on Instagram and has been featured prominently on “America’s Sweethearts,” recently shared an important message on social media.

The University of Missouri graduate shared a post detailing the 10 “Rules of Life” that everyone should live by.

The 10 Rules of Life a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Lives By

1. Be Present – Don’t worry about the past and don’t think too much about the future.

2. Give it time – Patience is a virtue and good things will come to those who wait, right?

3. Be grateful – The grass isn’t always greener and everyone should be able to appreciate the things they have in life, even when it’s hard. There’s always someone out there worse off.

4. Exude kindness – Perhaps the most important rule. You can always be kind and be a good person.

5. Let it go – It’s never as big of a deal as you make it out to be. The tough times will pass and they will pass the sooner you stop punishing yourself for them.

6. Don’t compare – Comparison is the thief of joy, which goes along with the “be grateful” rule. Your happiness should not be dependent on what someone else is experiencing or owning.

7. Take responsibility – It’s your life. No one is going to solve your problems for you.

8. Embrace change – Change is scary, but most of the time, it’s good. And you can always learn from it.

9. Cultivate resilience – The tougher you are – and the more you are able to rebound from tough bounces – the better off you’ll be in the long run.

10. See the light – There can be good in anyone – and anything – if you’re looking for it.

Aiyuk’s “$70M? KEEP IT!” Loyalty Nuke: Snubs Jaw-Dropping Offer to Vow “I’ll Die a 49ers Legend”

In a moment that instantly ignited headlines across the league, Brandon Aiyuk delivered one of the most powerful and unexpected declarations of loyalty the modern NFL has witnessed. At a time when star players are chasing bigger contracts, larger guarantees, and increasingly aggressive market valuations, Aiyuk stood in front of cameras, reporters, and stunned executives and uttered the sentence no one saw coming: “Keep it. I will die a 49er legend.” Those words, simple yet seismic, hit the NFL landscape like a thunderbolt. According to team insiders, Aiyuk was presented with a blockbuster $70 million offer—an offer that analysts widely assumed would be the foundation of his long-term future, whether in San Francisco or another major franchise desperate for a top-tier offensive weapon. Yet Aiyuk didn’t even blink. Instead of leveraging the moment for negotiations, he used it to send a statement that transcended money, contracts, and the transactional nature of professional sports. What followed was a wave of NFL analysts left speechless, fans roaring across social media, and former players praising a decision that seemed to come from another era—an era when identity meant something, when legacy meant more than numbers on a page, and when players fought not only for championships but for the crest on their helmet.
