CeeDee Lamb Can’t Wait for Dak Prescott-George Pickens Duo to Unleash in the NFL: “I Feel like It’s a Bit Underrated Right Now”..

Dallas Cowboys’ QB Dak Prescott and WR CeeDee Lamb are returning to the field after missing a major portion of the past season due to injuries.

The polarized wideout has already been making some excitement in the Dallas camp with a tint of good chemistry with the quarterback, Dak Prescott.

The Cowboys, who currently hold the most active NFC championship game drought, look forward to bouncing back from a disappointing season last year. After an offseason marred by contract extension dramas and holdouts, they started the campaign miserably and finished the season with seven wins. The injuries to Prescott and their key receiver CeeDee Lamb didn’t do much to help their cause.

The season highlighted their shallow roster, especially the offense, and Pickens was brought in to enrich that. The former Steeler is heavily underrated, according to some, like Lamb, in the projections and future predictions of the league. Lamb told Jon Machota:

It’s been fun, just watching GP and Dak [Prescott] cook. I feel like it’s a bit underrated right now, I can’t wait for those guys to unleash, and obviously I’m going to be on the other end of it and doing my thing.

The fans are silent on Pickens due to the issues he had in the Black and Gold camp last year. He had missed practice ahead of a crucial game and also posted just zero yards in one game. His chemistry with the quarterback and production were decent at best.

The Dallas Cowboys suffer second preseason loss amid the absence of starters Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb

The Dallas Cowboys were steamrolled by the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday as they suffered a straight defeat in the preseason. The Cowboys dropped their first game against the Los Angeles Rams, a game everyone might remember thanks to Dak Prescott’s bold prediction.

The Ravens and the Cowboys went into the game without the presence of their starters. The former played their backup quarterback Cooper Rush with sophomore quarterback Devin Leary playing a few snaps. On the other side, Joe Milton III led the offense for most of the game while Will Grier coming in action at one point.

Rush threw for 198 yards and a touchdown while being intercepted twice. Milton was no match for the former Dallas quarterback, who played a huge role in leading the Cowboys to a decent ending. Milton was intercepted once as well as sacked in the safety that landed the Ravens their first point. If Milton was subpar, the entire offensive line equally struggled. The offensive line failed to protect the quarterback and establishing a run game.

Onto the defense, the game highlighted that the presence of Micah Parsons is important. If Jerry Jones tuned into the game, he should understand the urgency in the matter. Yes, it was a preseason game in the absence of many starters. However, a Ravens outfit without star running back Derrick Henry rushed for 148 yards.

Last but not least, the 2024 playbook repeated. The Cowboys didn’t appear on the scoresheet until the third quarter. The visitors had a huge lead in the first half, and the second half rally couldn’t save them.
