The Atlanta Braves on Friday reinstated outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr. from the 10-day injured list.

He’s been out since July 29 with a Grade 1 lower right calf strain after initial fears were that he had suffered a more significant injury to his Achilles.

Acuna is in Friday night’s lineup against the Cleveland Guardians, playing right field and batting third.

Atlanta outrighted C Sandy Leon to Triple-A Gwinnett in the corresponding roster move.
