Among the biggest complaints from Patriots fans in recent years has revolved around the organization’s decision to move on from their beloved uniform combination in favor of the formerly considered color rush get-up. The thought was that in the wake of Tom Brady’s departure, the team would step away from the look they became known for during the dynasty era, which made sense.
However, the fans were not thrilled about it and have demanded the return of the silver pants uniform. Fortunately, that appears to be happening this season under Mike Vrabel, as the Patriots seemed to be going in that direction last year.
On top of that, they are adding another uniform into the mix for the 2025 season due to the NFL’s partnership with Nike for a “Rivalries” set of uniforms. The Patriots are among the few teams to have the new look this fall, but fans already loathe what they are rumored to look like, prompting many to come up with better versions themselves.
And so far, they’re getting a much more positive reaction than what the NFL might unveil for the season ahead.
Patriots fans make their feelings known about the rumored /Rivalries’ uniforms
One of the more well-known NFL graphic artists online, The Graphic God, made it their goal to create better ideas of what the Patriots’ Rivalries uniform could be.
Because most fans have complained about the rumored look, which is similar but slightly different from the first concept he created, he drew up some striking uniform combinations that Patriots fans wish were the real thing instead.

Considering the options, even the reworked version of what is likely to be Nike’s version of the uniform, are so much better and have fans dreaming about what could have been.
It’s difficult to say which of the four is the best, as they all offer incredible options and would surpass what might be coming. Instead, the Patriots will have to wear Nike’s version at least once this upcoming season, against an AFC East opponent, and we’ll forever have The Graphic God’s versions to look back on and wish it were one of them instead.
