In a relationship that feels more You Are in Love than Blank Space, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have managed to keep things surprisingly grounded.

Recently, he dismissed ‘PR stunt’ rumours regarding their relationship and talked about their relationship in brief, which has evolved in the media spotlight.

“Whenever I’m with her, it feels like we’re just regular people,” Kelce said. Though fans speculated about the timeline after the Grammy-winning singer was spotted at a Chiefs game, Kelce shared that their relationship began organically and privately long before it was confirmed by paparazzi lenses.

He told GQ, “It can be perceived as something else because of how much it is talked about and how much we are tracked whenever we do go out. It happened very organically, even though from a media standpoint it was being tracked. It still happened very organically.”

Despite the constant media attention, Kelce doesn’t see their love as curated or staged. “Nothing I’ve ever done has been a controlled, organised process,” he said, calling their bond “organic” and driven by shared values and personalities. “We just fell in love just based off the people we were sitting in a room together with. We are two fun-loving people who have the morals to appreciate everyone for who they are. We share all those values.”
